RFC's rates range from 13% to 18%. Your rate will be somewhere in that range. You can take a " high-low" approach. 

You can test what your monthly payment (PMT) will be. Use any on-line mortgage calculator (some are linked below) : Enter the amount, the term and the rate...the calculator will show you the monthly PMT.
